At Vexoriano, we provide digital logo design and branding services. All purchased design services are delivered digitally, and no physical products are shipped.

1. Digital Delivery

After your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, our design team will begin working on your project.

Your final design files will be delivered digitally through email, download link, or another delivery method communicated to you.

No physical package will be sent.

2. Processing Time

The estimated processing and delivery time depends on the specific logo design package or service purchased.

The expected timeline will be displayed on the relevant product page or communicated to you after your order.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Client feedback and revision requests

6. Delivery Problems

If you do not receive your digital files within the expected delivery period, please contact us at Support@vexoriano.com.

If a download link expires or you experience a technical issue accessing your files, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement link or alternative method of delivery.

7. No Physical Shipping

Vexoriano does not currently ship physical products.

All logo designs, branding assets, and related deliverables are provided electronically.

Therefore, shipping fees, shipping addresses, customs duties, and physical delivery times do not apply to our digital services.
