These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of logo design, branding, and related digital design services made through Vexoriano.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. Products and Services

Vexoriano offers digital logo design, branding, and related creative services.

Each product or service page describes the deliverables, features, pricing, and included revisions applicable to that purchase.

The final deliverables provided will correspond to the package or service purchased.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on Vexoriano.com are shown on the relevant product or service page.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.

Unless otherwise stated, taxes, duties, or other charges that may be required by the customer’s jurisdiction are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

An order is considered submitted when you complete the checkout process and payment has been successfully authorized or received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, technical errors, or inaccurate information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

4. Payment

5. Design Information

After purchasing a service, we may request information needed to create your design.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information and materials you provide are accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use them.

6. Design Concepts and Revisions

The number of concepts and revisions included in your purchase will be specified on the relevant product page.

Included revisions are intended for reasonable modifications to the selected design direction.

Requests for additional concepts, substantially different design directions, or revisions beyond the purchased package may require additional fees.

7. Delivery

All Vexoriano logo design and branding services are delivered digitally.

No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Final files may be delivered by email, download link, or another digital delivery method.

Estimated delivery times are provided on the applicable product page or communicated during the project.

8. Approval and Completion

The client is responsible for reviewing the designs and providing feedback during the revision process.

Once the final design has been approved and the final files have been delivered, the project will generally be considered completed.

If the client does not respond to reasonable project communications for an extended period, Vexoriano may consider the project inactive and may close the project after providing reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for the final approved design are governed by the terms described in our Terms of Service and the applicable service purchased.

Unused concepts, drafts, rejected designs, and preliminary materials remain the property of Vexoriano unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party fonts, stock assets, templates, or other licensed elements may remain subject to their respective licenses.

10. Trademark Registration

Purchasing a logo design does not guarantee that the logo can be registered as a trademark.

Vexoriano does not guarantee trademark availability, registration, exclusivity, or protection.

Clients are responsible for conducting appropriate trademark searches and obtaining professional legal advice where necessary.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because logo design involves custom creative work, refund eligibility may be limited once substantial work has begun.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Vexoriano may offer discounts, promotions, or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

• May have specific eligibility requirements
• May have an expiration date
• Cannot be combined with other offers
• May be withdrawn or modified at any time

Any specific terms provided with a promotion will apply to that promotion.
